Kalkidan

Kalkidan is a half orphan. She lost her mother due to HIV AIDS. Her father is alive, but she lives with her grandmother, who is a civil servant. Despite this job, her grandmother’s income fails to cover the household’s expenses. Kalkidan is a healthy, sociable teenager. She is active and intelligent and loves school — but is only an average student as she often goes hungry and without the school suppliers she needs. She is motivated to do better in school and just needs some help. Will you sponsor Kalkidan so she can graduate and change her future?
